Old Business: BCSA has approved the 2009 Supported Entry to be held at the Enumclaw shows in WA. Richard Lewis has accepted to judge sweepstates. Jenny Fish and Mike Loebl are trophy chairpersons.

New Business: Fun match will be held at the Enumclaw WA shows. There is a $50 ring charge. Match will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2008 after BIS. Herding breeds and limited obedience. Will take pre-entries for obedience.

Secretary’s Report: Thanks for your patience, I’ll get the hang of this! If anyone needs to email me for club reasons, please put BC CLUB in the RE: part so I will be sure to read the emails. Please email me privately and make sure your personal information is up to date. I have a database started that will NOT be put on the list.

Committee Reports: 

Website: (Dani Alexander): Please send any information you want published in the newsletter or on the website to Dani by Wednesday, March 19^th. 

Herding: (Jo Roach): Get the forms filled out for the seminar at Fido’s farm by May 1^st. Make checks payable to “Fido’s Farm”. Also, please let Jo know what you are bringing to the pot luck lunch. 

Agility: (Amanda Gross) Check into clubs and see if we could possibly do a match before a trial . Also see if they will let us rent the equipment.  

Fundraising: (Ronna Stewart) Terry Taylor sale is offered to us again if we’d like to do that. We will need to gather up items to sell. Clean out your closets!  
 

Old Business: Leaving the matter of insurance open until we have more events that require it. 

New Business: Supported Entry. Do we want to do another year at the Rose City Classic  show or find a new venue. We will never get to choose our judges for the Rose City show. Some possible venues to check out are Clackamas Kennel Club in June and Enumclaw in August.

Next meeting will be during the potluck lunch at the Herding seminar at Fido’s Farm in May.
